The HTC HD 2 no longer stayed a secret till its release date, when a Wal-Mart store sold its first HD 2 with T – mobile as its carrier . The smart phone runs windows mobile 6.5 and will not be upgradable to Windows mobile 7 series platform in future due to incompatible hardware Configuration . Well that’s not a big drawback because Win 7 mobile platform lacks many features and compatibility issues also have been a question .
One HTC fan grabbed his own HTC HD 2 at Wal-mart on SUNDAY in Vancouver Washington and posted a Un-boxing clip on YouTube to tease fellow guys , who were not lucky enough to have a Wal-mart store nearby .
The HTC HD2 is the world’s first Windows Mobile-toting phone with a capacitive screen, and also packs the world’s largest mobile phone display too. It’s also the first WinMo phone to use HTC’s Sense UI, previously used on the company’s Android handsets . The Phone comes with Windows 6.5 , pre loaded 16 GB card , a copy of Transformer s and Transformer 2 and six months of free Gogo in-flight Wi-fi .
In the Box : It comes with a pair of headphones , a micro USB , an adapter and of course the Phone .

There are a lot of hopes from this phones , in the first review its was almost perfect , the lack of CD is not a big issue , as the software being available on the web as well as the phone .
